Rochelle is a certified Reiki Master with a long background in yoga, breathwork, anatomy, energy medicine, health coaching, and holistic wellness. Her approach to Reiki is calm, grounded, and deeply respectful of each client’s comfort level.
Rather than making the experience feel mysterious or intimidating, she offers Reiki as a quiet form of support—a place to rest, soften, and allow the body and mind to settle.
